The hotel itself was nicely decorated and tidy and the staff were incredibly friendly, it had perfect location in quiet district.

Great service throughout. Good-sized room and a very comfy bed. Accommodating staff, delicious and absolutely superb breakfast with croissants and sandwiches and good coffee. Exceptionally nice location with small restaurant nearby.

I stayed in this stylish hotel for 2 days, had nice experience, enjoyed its fantastic location short walk to several independent cafes and shops, Ueno Park, the zoo, National Museum, and much more and meiji shrine or the Imperial palace. I really enjoyed the cozy lounge and the scrumptious breakfast options, especially those pancakes and fresh fruits. There's a nice play area with a pool table and a relaxing TV room to chill out after a long day. The only downside was that the laundry dryer didn't quite do the trick for my clothes, but overall it was a great stay 😊

friendly staff

comfortable room

The staff was super friendly, speaking excellent english and eager to help. The theater double room was cozy, and the hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood made it easy to explore nearby ueno park and the quirky yanaka district. Plus, the free beer from 6-7 pm was a good bonus. Highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay!
